If you have a question about your items, delivery or returns, please contact the brand from which you purchased the product. You can either call the brands' customer service directly or send an e-mail. Unless otherwise indicated, the brands' hours of business are 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 10:00 a.m.

Can I shop in the stores at LazyLazy.com without being a member?
Yes you can. But as a member at LazyLazy.com, you can take full advantage of LazyLazy.com's features, including: SharedShopping, MyFashion, integration with social media such as Facebook, participation in styling contests and much more!

Click "Forgotten password" at the top of the login page and enter your email. You will then receive an e-mail with your password.

Forgot your username?
Your username is the email that you used when you created your account. If you are in doubt what email you used, you can contact support@lazylazy.com, informing your name and address, then we will help you out.

Questions about delivery of your items / returning items?
If you have questions about the items you have ordered/purchased, you can contact the brand from which you ordered/purchased the item. You can contact the brand by calling or e-mailing the brand's customer service. You can find an overview of all brands' customer service at the top of this page.

What if an item from my order has not arrived?
When your order has been sent from a shop on LazyLazy, You will recieve an email with an invoice for that order. If you have recieved this email, and after 4 days still havent recieved your goods, then contact the brand where you placed your order. You can find an overview of all brands' customer service at the top of this page.

Has my order been shipped?
As soon as each individual brand has shipped your entire order, you will recieve an email with the invoice of that order.

How can I return items?
You can return items to the individual brands and the return address is listed on your delivery note. The Danish Sale of Goods Act gives you the right to return items purchased via internet for a period of 14 days.
